NOTE (for Step 1):

STEP 1 - Some baskets will have 2 double velcro center straps, 

and some will have 2 straps with large buckles. Installation is the same for both. 😊

*NOTE: Center straps are mostly just to help hold the basket during side strap installation. The side straps do most of the work to secure it.
